October Newsletter

We have been listening to our clients´ comments in 2012 and spent the last couple of weeks discussing improvements with the owners for 2013.  Attached is October newsletter.

If we get a great offer we give our previous clients the heads up first, last week we told them about a great offer on Casa O Caracol, 10% discount off 2013 rental price if you book before 30 November 2012.  Now this is on general release.

Casa Passaros is in for a spring clean, paint and we are looking to make it a little more comfortable for rental clients.  This has been popular for years as it offers great seclusion.

Casa Carvo is now taking bookings for 2013, this 6 bedroom villa with 12m by 6m heatable gated pool is 5 mins walk into Carvoeiro.

We tested the water in 2012 with Hideaway Lakes Hunting Lodge to see the reaction.  Now for 2013 you have the opportunity to stay at what is considered “one of the finest country houses in the Algarve”.  This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is situated on a working private estate with stunning views, great comfort and clients have use of the private clubhouse as well as concessions on estate activities.
