We have had on the whole a fantastic summer with lots of new clients to the Algarve and Portugal. The following really makes all the hard work worthwhile:

"We (parents and 4 daughters ages 11-17) have recently had 10 days of fantastic time in Carvoeiro - Algarve, Portugal. Our whole experience from booking to returning home was well organised without worries and hassle. This was mostly due to Alex - PAC Portugal who initially tailored our requirements to our budget and organised a Villa with a pool in an excellent family friendly location. Additionally, the transfer company that was organised by PAC Portugal provided us with a friendly and caring transportation. 

Upon our arrival, although delayed by flight problem for 2-hours, was greeted by the friendly owner of the transfer company (Alun) who recognised the fact that this was our first trip to Algarve, therefore, giving us a bit more time and a tour of the area to point out places of interest and help organise our days out. At the villa, we were surprised by the comprehensive complementary pack that was awaiting us. Whilst staying there, all our requests and needs were met with urgency and accuracy, a good indication of customer care! On the whole, we were extremely pleased with the organisation and the treatment we received and would highly recommend PAC (Portugal) Ltd to all who read these comments.
