Just released our December 2014 Newsletter:
First of all we would like to wish you a
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We
are already looking forward to seeing a number of you next summer. Bookings for 2015 have already been very good
and some of you may miss out on your favourite property, if you have not
already booked it.
We have had a very busy couple of months in
November and the start of December, which for us is normally very quiet.
There are new laws and regulations are
taking shape in Portugal for holiday rentals.
Some of you who have already booked with us for next year will have been
asked to provide passport numbers on the new amended booking forms. For those who have not been asked for this
information, we will be requesting these details with your final payments. This information is now needed for us to
inform SEF (frontiers authorities) of your arrival and departure in the country
and the property you are staying in.
In addition you will see details of the AL
(Tourist Licence) that was already in place in some properties, but is now
compulsory for a legal rental property.
Properties with the Tourist Licence have met certain legal and safety
requirements and are registered with the proper authorities for their
activities. Be assured all our
properties now featured on Pac4Portugal.com either have their licence or in the
process of applying.
As a result of the above some properties
have now left our Pac4Portugal.com portfolio and we will In due course be
removing them from our other websites.
However, since our last newsletter we have added 5 new properties and
are in discussions with owners over a further 6 properties to add to the
portfolio.
Pac4Portugal.com has a new business partner
and in the next few months we will be able to extend our services to clients
into construction, real estate and property management. More details will follow early next year so
keep an eye on our facebook page (which has hit over 12,000 likes now) to hear
first!
Please find attached our festive newsletter
and we hope to hear from more of you over the next month.
Stay safe and warm.
Kind regards
