Casa Rostra is a charming 4 bedroom villa, 3 bathrooms with secluded swimming pool, numerous terraces located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, just 300m from Centianes beach and close to an Italian restaurant.   This property is a hidden gem for a group of friends or two families with 2 wings of 2 twin bedrooms joined by a very spacious lounge and dining area.  

Casa Rostra is about 1.7km to the east of Carvoeiro and is just 300m from a lovely sandy beach,  a couple of minutes walk from the nearest restaurant (take away available) and within a 5-10 minute walk there are another 3 restaurants.  Carvoeiro with its shops, restaurants, bars and beach is about a 20 minute walk or around a 5 euro taxi fare.  If you are keen on your sports, the 2 closest hotels allow clients to hire their tennis courts.  Vale de Mihlo 9 hole golf course is about 20 mins walk, along with Rocha Brava and its tennis club.  There area a number of championship golf courses within a 10 minute drive.  Before you reach Carvoeiro, there is the Tivoli with its SCUBA diving school, based at Vale Covo beach.  If you refer to the villa book there is a guide to lots more to do in the Algarve and contacts with a local transfer and tour company to offer you tickets and transport.

The villa is really comfortable, spacious and clean and there is a maid service during your stay to ensure it stays that way! The outside space offers different seating areas to enjoy meals, two of which are by the pool. There is also a lovely terrace at the front of the villa which catches the evening sun. The local village is a short walk away and has lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There is also a lovely, unspoilt beach only a few minutes away. Feedback: "Bonnie Casa is a great villa with terrific facilities - pool, snooker, table tennis, tv, Wii and games. These were great for our kids and their friends who were completely occupied for the 2 weeks we stayed at the villa. We didn't have a car with us so got lots walking in. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away, though does get crowded. The villa is serviced regularly both inside - bedding, cleaning - and outside - pool, gardens. Some great restaurants in town or if you prefer use the inbuilt brick bbq.. Agent and Manager were very responsive and couldn't have done more to help. Overall great stay, thoroughly recommend it." Feliz Ano Novo/Happy New Year – Start planning your escape to warmer climates

After a damp and quiet end to 2013 we want to wish you all a Happy New Year for 2014.  We are continuing to work proactively to offer our clients great properties and experiences.

Bookings are steady, with some properties already booked for the summer holidays and others filling up a little slower.  So we suggest if you have a favourite property or need specific dates you book this month.

New Properties

We are still taking new instructions for properties.  Are aim has always been to have a core of 20-30 properties, we feel this is the right amount to maintain the high standards and personal service to our clients. 

By the end of the month we hope to be  in a position to offer you a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with its own pool, WiFi, Aircon,  on Quinta do Paraiso, a popular resort to which we already offer, Casa Pacata, 56 QdP and 57A QdP, all in the same road.

Transfers/Tours and Days Out

Our associations are now going from strength to strength, we are working closely with www.reddragontransfersandtours.com to offer you the everyday airport transfers and park trips/tickets, but also looking for experiences that are a little different.  We are just finalising a Aljezur to Monchique  scenic day out and also a taste of Portugal tour around Monchique.  Furthemore we are looking at some nature trips as we are having plenty of requests for these. 

We hope that this month we can release more details our association with a boat and yacht company, offering ½ day, full day trips on the sea and on the Arade from Portimao to Silves, furthermore they can offer sailing charters for any of your friends who are more keen and experienced.

We have had on the whole a fantastic summer with lots of new clients to the Algarve and Portugal. The following really makes all the hard work worthwhile:

"We (parents and 4 daughters ages 11-17) have recently had 10 days of fantastic time in Carvoeiro - Algarve, Portugal. Our whole experience from booking to returning home was well organised without worries and hassle.
